Whether the noun to which the word refers to is singular or plural or feminine or masculine depends on whether you use alguno, alguna, algunos, algunas, ninguno, ninguna, ningunos, nungunas.
When alguno and ninguno come before a noun that is masculine and singular, you change them to algún and ningún.

Always and something: I always like to try something new.
Alguien: Voy a conocer alguien.
Someone: I am going to meet someone.
También: Me gustaría el sodio también.
Also: I would like the soda also.
Todavia: Todavía estoy cansado.
Still: I am still tired.

Already: Enough already!
Examples of negative:
Nada: Nada es demasiado poco.
Nothing: Nothing is too little.
Nadie: Nadie me conoce mejor.
No one: No one knows me better.
Ninguno/a: Ninguna de ellas es correcta.
None: None of them are correct.
Nunca y ni: Nunca he hecho esto ni eso.
Never and nor: Never have I done this nor that.
